This week's second Finnish soup is lohikeitto or salmon soup. It's hearty, creamy and packed with flavour. Made with chunks of fresh salmon, soft potatoes, sauted onions, allspice and a generous helping of dill. There are two sizes- regular (12 fl oz) or large (16 fl oz)
Heating Instructions
The soup can be heated in its container in a microwave. Remove the lid and pop it in for a minute. Stir, heat for another minute and you're ready. If you don't want to use a microwave, you can decant the soup into a saucepan and heat gently to boiling point.
The bread can be eaten cold or heated for a couple of minutes in a pre heated oven or toaster.
