Indulge in the flavours of spring with our lemon cream buns, a delightful twist on the classic semla (or laskiaspulla in Finnish) enjoyed during the Lenten season. These buns are made from the same rich and buttery dough as semla, but are filled with a burst of lemon curd, a hint of elderflower cordial and fluffy whipped cream for a light and refreshing taste. They are dusted with a light coating of caster sugar and topped with a small swirl of cream and a sprinkle of lemon zest.
A cross between a baked dougnut and a semla these buns are the perfect springtime treat. Each bun is lovingly handmade from scratch, ensuring the highest quality and delicious flavour in every bite.

Heating instructions
The buns will be baked fresh on the morning of delivery and will arrive ready to eat.
