Discover the delight of our asparagus tart. The tart is crafted with a rich, golden pastry made from crème fraîche and premium butter, ensuring a buttery and flaky crust that melts in your mouth. The tart boasts a luscious filling of smooth cannellini bean and velvety cashew purée, which is swirled with vibrant wild garlic pesto. Each savoury bite is further elevated by the addition of onions, caramelised with sweet birch syrup, lending a hint of delightful sweetness that complements the crisp, fresh asparagus spears adorning the top.
To enhance the experience, we offer a refreshing side of celeriac and apple salad. This side dish is a harmonious blend of finely chopped celeriac and crisp apple, tossed in a creamy dressing made from tangy crème fraîche, fresh lemon juice, wholegrain mustard honey all garnished with flat-leaf parsley and salted almonds. The salad is light yet satisfying, providing a perfect contrast to the richness of the tart.
Additionally, we serve a baby potato salad, carefully seasoned with a mustard dill dressing. The tender baby potatoes are coated in a zesty mixture that includes tangy Swedish mustard and aromatic dill, resulting in a flavourful accompaniment that ties the entire meal together.
