Delivery and heating

Our weekly menus are released three weeks in advance, and we only produce small batches of each dish, so order quickly to avoid disappointment. Orders will be delivered on the date specified.


Our catering menus change seasonally. We require a minimum of two weeks' notice and the food can be delivered any date, pending availability.
 

All food can be ordered in advance but will be delivered on the date listed by each dish, or agreed with us for your catered event. â€‹Your order will be delivered chilled in biodegradable packaging. Please note that, at the moment, biodegradable packaging may not be possible with our larger catering dishes.

Heating instructions (where applicable) can be found below the description of each dish on the Weekly Menus page, or in emailed instructions for Koivu catering dishes.  Food can be heated in the packaging it was delivered in.​

For the weekly menu the delivery time will be between 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm on the named  date. We will text you the estimated delivery time on the day.

 

Our Nordic shop products will be delivered within 7 days from your order.​

​

For the catering menu the delivery time will be agreed with you in advance.

​

Ingredients and allergens for each dish are listed on the Weekly Menus page. Allergens for catering menus will be emailed to you before delivery. However, please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with allergens. While we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, cross contamination may occur

Customer experience is really important to us. We want you to enjoy the food you purchase from Koivu and welcome customer feedback. If there is a problem with your order please let us know.

We are a small business so cannot process refunds for our Weekly Menus- dishes, unless we have to cancel your order.
