Delivery and heating

Our weekly menus are released four weeks in advance, and we only produce small batches of each dish, so order quickly to avoid disappointment. Place your order by Wednesday evening and it will be delivered to your door on the named date. You are welcome to order food in advance, but it will only be delivered on the Saturday indicated. 

Our catering menus change seasonally and can be ordered a minimum of three weeks in advance i.e. if your party takes place on Saturday 27.4, orders must be placed and agreed by 6.4. They can be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, pending availability.

All food can be ordered in advance but will be delivered on the date listed by each dish, or agreed with us for your catered event. Your order will be delivered chilled in biodegradable packaging. Please note that, at the moment, biodegradable packaging may not be possible with our larger catering dishes.

Heating instructions (where applicable) can be found below the description of each dish on the Order Food page, or in emailed instructions for Koivu catering dishes.  Food can be heated in the packaging it was delivered in.

For the weekly menu the delivery time will be between 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm on the named  Saturday. Unfortunately, an exact time cannot be given as this will depend on the delivery route of the day. 

For the catering menu the delivery time will be agreed with you in advance.

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with allergens. While we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur

We are a small business so cannot process refunds unless we have to cancel your order.
