This delightful summer starter was inspired by our visit to the SKÅL Nordic Restaurant in London.


This scrumptious dish features a creamy goats cheese mousse paired with the crispness of green apple and the earthy flavour of cauliflower, roasted with shallots and coriander seeds.  It is then drizzled with a dressing of mustard, cider vinegar and honey and topped with a generous sprinkling of hazelnuts and peashoots for an added crunch and burst of freshness.


This dish encapsulates the essence of a Nordic summer, providing a perfect balance of flavours and textures that will hopefully leave your taste buds tingling.
