This 4th July, we're celebrating a delicious story that is often overlooked, the influence of Nordic baking traditions on some of America's most loved pastries.
 
For generations, immigrants from Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark brought their recipes, skills and food traditions with them to the United States. Those ideas mixed with local ingredients and cultures to create something new. Our limited-edition pastry box brings together Nordic flavours and American favourites in one indulgent collection.

Blueberry & Cardamom Cruffin
A flaky laminated pastry filled with a blueberry compote scented with fragrant cardamom, a spice beloved across the Nordic countries and carried across the Atlantic by Scandinavian bakers.
Cherry & Almond Pop Tart
Our handcrafted take on an American classic, made with buttery pastry and filled with home made sour cherry jam and almond frangipane. Topped with icing and freeze dried cherry pieces.
American Cinnamon Bun
Soft, rich and generously spiced. While cinnamon buns are now firmly part of American baking culture, their roots can be traced back to the Scandinavian baking traditions brought by immigrant communities.
Kladdkaka with White Chocolate & Strawberries
A Swedish chocolate cake with a fudgy, brownie-like centre, topped with silky white chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries.
