This year we are using the larger crayfish so that there is more succulence in every portion.  A portion will be seven crayfish that have been brined in a dill marinade, perfectly complemented by a zesty lemon mayonnaise. Enjoy alongside two slices of our homemade bread, which you can toast the way you like it and slather with our delectable dill butter.
 
But the star of the show isn't just the crayfish - our sides are just as mouthwatering. Think hasselback potato salad, roasted with garlic, lemony breadcrumbs, and a medley of asparagus, quail eggs, broad beans, and pea shoots, all topped with a smoky paprika and saffron dressing.
