Chocolate, Hazelnut & Blackberry Cake
A light hazelnut cake with whipped chocolate topping, fresh blackberry and a sharp little hit of freeze dried raspberry. Want an extra hit of the Nordics? Let us know when you order if you would like a dusting of licorice powder over the top of the berries.

Two Mini Prinsesstårta Croustade
Our bite-sized take on the Swedish classic: crisp croustade, white chocolate, raspberry jam, almond cake, crème pâtissière and marzipan. All topped with mini mallow flowers.
